- Pour 2 – 4 drops on your palms, rub together and hold palm in front of your face and breathe in slowly, several times. Then rub into your neck and forehead.
- Sprinkle 1 – 2 drops onto a sugar lump, dissolve in the mouth and breathe deeply.
- In a glass with cold / warm water to refresh the respiratory tract: gargle or swallow in a drink 2 – 3 times a day.
