Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • If you need to cancel an order that has already been processed and prepared for shipment, a cancellation fee of AED 25aed will apply.
  • After Shipment:
    • If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
    • To proceed, simply refuse the delivery of the item(s). Once we receive the product back, we will credit your account with the full amount minus the shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Refunds:
    • When you cancel an order, we aim to process your refund within 3-5 business days from the date of your cancellation request. We will keep you updated once your refund has been initiated.
  • Refund Timeline:
    • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank and the method of refund.
    • We will refund the full amount of the canceled product, though your bank may deduct a transaction fee as per their policy.
  • Automatic Cancellations:
    • If we do not hear back from you within a week of initiating contact, we will automatically cancel your order.
  • Credit Card Refunds:
    • For credit card refunds, we will refund the amount we received, with any bank charges being the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cash Payments:
    • Refunds for cash payments will be provided via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to facilitate the refund process.

Return or Exchange of Products

  • Damaged Products:
    • If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange an exchange within business days of receiving your complaint.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations or returns after the product has been delivered.
  • How to File a Complaint:
    • To report damaged goods and request an exchange, please contact us via the email or phone number provided on our website.
    • Be sure to include an image or video of the damaged product to support your claim.
